Small hotel groups run on spreadsheets and disconnected booking tools, and the cost shows up as double-bookings and hours of nightly reconciliation. We wanted to understand that problem at the data-model level, not from a pitch deck. So we built the system.

An AI layer over a CRM that drafts the admin work, with a human gate on everything.

Sales teams lose most of their week to CRM data entry, note-taking, and follow-up writing. Every vendor claims AI fixes this. We wanted to know what actually survives contact with real call recordings and messy pipelines, so we built the layer ourselves.

Offline-first restaurant POS

A POS that keeps taking orders when the internet does not.

Point-of-sale systems fail exactly when a restaurant can least afford it: peak service, flaky network. Off-the-shelf options mostly treat offline as an error state. We built an MVP to prove the opposite design, offline as the default and the network as an optimization.

Healthcare software has a reputation for being slow, ugly, and avoided by the staff who are forced to use it. We wanted to test whether compliance-grade plumbing, role-based access, immutable logs, encrypted records, could coexist with an interface people actually like.
