PeoCode

A young studio with an old-fashioned standard.

PeoCode exists because most businesses do not have a software problem. They have an implementation problem: tools that were bought and never adopted, systems that do not talk to each other, and processes held together by one person and a spreadsheet.

Who we are

Engineers who think like operators.

We will be straight with you, because it is the whole point of this page: PeoCode is a young studio. We do not have a wall of client logos, and we will not invent one. What we have is a small senior team and a year spent doing the unglamorous groundwork: research into how operations-heavy businesses actually run, and working MVPs built to test what we learned.

That groundwork is public. Our lab holds working prototypes in hospitality, healthcare, and retail operations, built end to end: booking engines with channel sync, an offline-first point of sale, a patient portal designed audit-first. We built them to understand the problems at the data-model level before asking anyone to trust us with theirs.

So when we take on implementation and integration work, we are not learning on your budget. We ask about your margins before your tech stack, measure projects in hours saved and errors removed, and treat go-live as the midpoint of an engagement, not the end. Judge us by the lab and by how we scope. Both are on this site.

How we operate

Four principles we do not trade.

Small by design

We stay a senior team on purpose. Every project gets people who have shipped systems like it before. Never a bench of juniors learning on your budget.

Honest scoping

We put costs, risks, and the do-nothing option in writing before work starts. Some of our best engagements ended with us recommending a smaller project than the one we were asked for.

Boring reliability

We pick proven technology over interesting technology. The systems we build are meant to run for years, survive staff turnover, and be maintained by whoever comes after us.

Outcomes on paper

Every engagement has a number attached: hours saved, errors removed, revenue unblocked. We report against it after launch, not just at the pitch.

Next step

Work with a team that has done this before.

Tell us what is not working. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
